Sfumate con il vino bianco e se necessario aggiungete dell&#8217;acqua o del brodo. Portate a cottura finch\u00e8 sar\u00e0 morbida. Spegnete il fuoco, regolate di sale e di pepe e schiacciate il tutto con i rebbi di una forchetta.<\/p>\n<p>Eliminate la parte centrale delle foglie del cavolo nero e fatelo saltale in padella con un filo d\u2019olio extra vergine di oliva e un poco di peperoncino in fiocchi.
