Ci vorranno circa 10 minuti.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporate le uova, una alla volta.<\/p>\n<p>Unite anche il succo di pompelmo e continuate a sbattere fino a quando gli ingredienti saranno ben amalgamati.<\/p>\n<p>Aggiungete ora la farina e il lievito setacciati e mescolate\u00a0 fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.<\/p>\n<p>Infarinate e imburrate uno stampo da <em>bundt cake<\/em> (26 cm di diametro). Io ho comprato su amazon<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.it\/gp\/product\/B0001IX44U\/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&amp;psc=1\"> questo stampo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Imburrate e infarinate lo stampo, versate il composto preparato e livellate con il dorso di un cucchiaio.<\/p>\n<p>Cuocete la bundt cake a 170\u00b0 per circa 50-60 minuti verificando la cottura con uno stecchino.<\/p>\n<p>Fate raffreddare completamente, quindi sformate il dolce su una griglia da pasticceria.<\/p>\n<p>Per la copertura mescolate lo zucchero a velo con il succo di pompelmo e qualche goccia di colorante alimentare.
